When it comes to yoga, sometimes the best way is the simple way.
At Simply Yoga, we provide gentle, slow and vinyasa-style mat classes at our studio in Wellington. During these classes, we focus on breathing techniques and becoming one with the mind, body and soul.
However, we also know that some students prefer unique yoga classes; and that is why we offer Trapeze Yoga at Inner Circle Personal Fitness, in Wellington and at Healthy Living, in Grafton. Additionally, in the summer we offer a new twist on yoga – Stand-Up Paddle Board Yoga – offered at Findley State Park, just south of Wellington.
