Time.

Every day, we have choices to make. Do we get up early and work out/practice yoga, or do we sleep in? Do we opt to drink coffee or tea? Do we go out to lunch or prepare a healthy lunch at home to take to the office? Do we cram as much into the day as we can, or do we allow for time …

Time is funny isn’t it? Some days there is too much time; and we may find ourselves zoning out, or thinking about the things we SHOULD be doing. And other days, more often then not, there is not enough time in the day. We seem to be running to practice, to school, to the office, to the house … constantly on the move.

And that is where our choices come into play.

What we do with our time shapes the people we are, or the people we eventually become. Do we want to be a person who says, “I wish I had more time to finish paper work at the office” or are you striving to be the person who says, “My work for today is done. Everything on my ‘to-do’ list is complete, now it’s time for ME.”
