Mat Yoga
- All levels flow is designed to be accessible for students of all experience levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, by offering enhancements and variations for each pose, allowing everyone to participate at their own pace while still experiencing the smooth, flowing movements, all while maintaining a connected breath-to-movement flow through the practice. The class will offer variations of poses to accommodate different levels of strength and flexibility using a variation of cues and props to ensure safety for all students while emphasizing proper form and alignment.
- Slow flow is perfect for those who are new to yoga and ready to start their journey. These classes will focus on slow- paced movements with detailed guidance on basic yoga poses, proper alignment, and breathing techniques, helping to build a solid foundation. Slow flow allows for deeper connection to the body and breathe, making it a more mindful and relaxing experience. These classes are also great for experienced yogis / yoginis seeking to revisit foundational techniques or just enjoy a less intense session.
Trapeze Yoga
Yoga Trapeze is a suspension yoga system great for back pain, core strength, functional upper body strength, and balance. Most clients are looking to relieve back pain, relieve stress, improve their grip and core strength. The class focuses on basic movements using the trapeze rig. Class size is limited. Students should bring a yoga mat. Class is held at Inner Circle Personal Fitness in Wellington, OH.
Stand-Up Paddle Board Yoga
Stand-Up Paddle Board Yoga classes are offered for booking — WEATHER PERMITTING DURING WARM MONTHS. The class will last 90 minutes. Classes are for yogis of all levels. All equipment will be provided including a paddle board, paddle, ankle cuff and personal floatation device.
