Mat Yoga

Simply Yoga provides gentle, slow and vinyasa style mat classes at the studio, located at 640 South Main St., Wellington (Inside Inner Circle Personal Fitness). The entrance is located on the South side of the building.

Trapeze Yoga

Yoga Trapeze is a suspension yoga system great for back pain, core strength, functional upper body strength, and balance. Most clients are looking to relieve back pain, relieve stress, improve their grip and core strength. The class focuses on basic movements using the trapeze rig. Class size is limited. Students should bring a yoga mat.

Stand-Up Paddle Board Yoga

Stand-Up Paddle Board Yoga classes are offered for booking — WEATHER PERMITTING DURING WARM MONTHS. The class will last 90 minutes. Classes are for yogis of all levels. All equipment will be provided including a paddle board, paddle, ankle cuff and personal floatation device.
