But, it’s not just women who need to be concerned with their heart … it’s everyone! We are only given one life to live; and it’s important to do what we can in order to make that life count. For me, it started when I began to take yoga seriously only a few years ago. Simple yoga is a great start, and it’s fairly easy on your body – and people of all ages can benefit from yoga!
