Ever feel like you do everything for everyone in your life except for maybe yourself? It’s like the weight of the world is on your shoulders and when you finally get a moment to yourself, something else creeps in. I get it. We all get it. But, for the month of February I am going to ask you to give LOVE to YOURSELF!
Starting today (which yes, I know it’s Jan. 30, but I just can’t wait till the start of February to share my creative ideas!) and for every Thursday now through Thursday, Feb. 27 my blogs will concentrate on ways to GIVE LOVE TO YOURSELF! We all need a little love now and then!
For starters, did you know that February is American Heart Health Month? That’s right! The organ that keeps our blood pumping (or boiling sometimes, I get it) is so important to our well-being! That means, you have to take care of yourself in order to keep your heart healthy. Be sure to eat foods that are good for you:
